Tigercity was formed in Northampton, MA in the fall of 2004. By summer 2005, Tigercity had themselves a DIY, bedroom electronics-style demo and started working with long time friend/engineer-producer Al Carlson (Brazilian Girls). In two months, Tigercity and Al Carlson molded the process-heavy demo tracks into what became the Tigercity EP (Forge Records).
