INFO: Nathan began the Silent Type in 2000 by recording a handful of acoustic songs. Some of the songs were embarassing, but a few people liked the lyrics, so he played a couple of shows in Charlottesville, VA and got a few reviews, but nothing much came of it. A year or so later, he moved to Richmond and asked his new pal Nick to play guitar with him. They wrote some tunes together and played a show, but nothing much came of it.
